Barney and I went for a long walk from the cottage today. A nice mixture of paths, almost all of them fairly free of mud.

Part of the walk was through an industrial estate on the outskirts of Shaftesbury (not so interesting), we also went past a new ‘solar field’ that was being constructed.

We found a total of 21 geocaches today, this one being the most interesting:

The log book is in the black plastic tube in one of the feet.

This was the daftest sign we passed, the path in question was very steep and only a few feet wide!

A total of 12.6 miles, and Barney is now very worn out.

Meanwhile the ladies visited the Magna Carta at Salisbury Cathedral.
