Another National Trust place, but woods and seashore rather than a posh house!

First off, a morning coffee!

We then followed a good path through woods and fields down to the seashore.

Rocco had obviously never seen the sea before…

But did have a bit of a paddle. Behind a sand bar was a freshwater lake, and we took the opportunity to wash him – necessary because he’d rolled in a cow pat earlier.

We then climbed back up and followed a path around the lake (“The Loe”) back to the car, grabbing various geocaches along the way.

A nice 5 mile walk!
